For Individuals

Appreciative Inquiry Workshops

Based on the theory social constructionism, Appreciative Inquiry is a teaching and learning style garnering live data from the latest research and practices present worldwide. It is an action-research methodology pioneered by Dr David Cooperrider of Case Western Reserve University and practiced in Organizational Development (OD) as a process that engages individuals within an organizational system in its renewal, change and focused performance.

It has proved to be an innovative approach for the development of one’s self, team, school, organization, community and system. Inquiry into the best of (practices, hopes, dreams and ideas) in our human systems - whether families, business or communities - will help to further recognize and propagate self-directed positive innovations that create lasting positive impact on the society.

“Human systems grow in the direction of questions we most frequently ask ourselves. Positive images precede positive action.”
